This is the hands-on work that keeps your site moving. Changes, fixes, updates, and improvements that go beyond what's included in routine hosting maintenance. If something needs doing on your site, this is how it gets done.

How It's Billed

Support & Improvements is billed separately from hosting so there's never any confusion about what's included in your plan and what's custom work.

$1 per minute — $20 minimum

That's $60/hour. A fair rate for skilled WordPress work with no surprise invoices. You'll always get a time estimate before I start, and I'll let you know if anything changes mid-task. Work may be handled as one-off tasks, in defined time blocks, or scoped as a project depending on what makes sense.

Turnaround

Most requests are handled within one to two business days. Hosting customers tend to move faster because I already know your environment -- there's no ramp-up time figuring out how your site is built.

For urgent issues, reach out by phone or text and I'll do my best to respond the same day.

The 15 Minute Rule

If you're a hosting customer, turnaround tends to be faster because I already manage your environment and context.

A brief note on quick changes: the 15-minute rule

If you're a hosting customer and a request takes less than 15 minutes and is not urgent, there won't be a charge for the update.
